Ceiling Damage After Heavy Rains

This Hingham, MA homeowner came home to find a puddle of water and her light fixture leaking. They also noticed a slight sagging of the ceiling. All of these signs point to a water damaged ceiling due to the recent heavy rains seeping through a hole in the roof. Our team at SERVPRO of Weymouth and Hingham arrived to the residence and began assessing the damage. The ceiling had to be removed so we could dispose of the wet and damaged materials and begin the drying process.
