Sandra "Sandy" Cook
Sandy has been our Office Manager for two years and helps in all aspects of work. Sandy holds her Adjuster License and has over twenty years working as an adjuster at large insurance companies. She’s therefore able to offer her expertise in insurance claims, property damages, estimating/settling claims, office management, and all aspects of customer service. She lives in Rockland, MA and has two adult sons. Sandy loves spending time with her children, her boyfriend, and her family and friends. In her spare time, you can find Sandy traveling, going to the beach, camping, boating, generally anything outdoors.
Fredy Soberanis
Fredy Soberanis is a Crew Chief and has worked with SERVPRO for 20 years. He is a great leader and we are lucky to have had him on our team for so long.

Ryan Berriault
Ryan Berriault is a Project Manager with professional expertise in water, fire, and mold mitigation/restoration. Before becoming a project manager, Ryan was a crew chief for over two years with SERVPRO. He traveled to many states such as Texas, Louisiana, Virginia, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania for storms and large loss restorations. He also served as a Crew Chief for an additional two years with another restoration company. He also has an OSHA 30 certification and currently resides in Plymouth, Massachusetts.
