SERVPRO was at my home within a half an hour of my flood. Jake M was the project manager and was excellent. He is very knowledgeable and really walked me through timing and what to expect. He answered all of my questions and kept me informed throughout the whole process. It is a stressful situation but I felt that I was in good hands throughout the process because they are so competent efficient and knowledgeable. highly recommend if you find yourself in this situation!
